My name is Maria Opidowicz and I teach how not to let life pass you by. I am a certified mindfulness trainer and a meditation teacher. I work with anyone who wants to feel more ease and peace in their mind and body, and who wishes to gain a fresh perspective on how they want to live their life.

The programme lasts 8 weeks and will happen between 24th October and 12th December 2022
